We want every program experience β€” including the Anchored & Rising Circle and all digital products β€” to feel supportive, clear, and aligned. This Refund Policy explains how refund requests are handled, what is and isn’t refundable, and your responsibilities when enrolling.

By purchasing or accessing any Lightkeeper Ventures program, service, or digital product, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Refund Overview

Lightkeeper Ventures provides coaching programs, digital resources, and educational materials. These services involve immediate access to content, personalised guidance, and live components. For this reason, all sales are final unless otherwise stated in this Policy.

However, we understand that circumstances can be complex. A compassionate support window is offered within the first 30 days, as outlined below.

30-Day Support Window

If you feel the program is not aligning with your expectations, you may contact us within 30 days of your purchase at:

We will review your request with care.
Refunds are not guaranteed and are granted at our discretion, based on:

  • level of participation

  • access to program materials

  • attendance at live sessions

  • engagement inside the community

  • nature of the request

This support window is offered to ensure fairness β€” not as a guaranteed refund period.

When Refunds Are Not Available

Access to Live Coaching

No refunds will be provided if you have attended any live group sessions, classes, workshops, or coaching calls.

Access to Core Program Materials

Once you have accessed or downloaded essential components β€” such as:

  • weekly modules

  • workbooks

  • audio lessons

  • PDF resources

  • private community spaces

β€” your enrolment becomes non-refundable.

Digital Products

All digital products (including downloads, PDFs, meditations, templates, audio files, and guides) are non-refundable under Australian Consumer Law due to their instant-access nature.

After Program Commencement

Refunds are not available once the live component of a program has commenced, except where a written discretionary agreement is made.

Payment Plans

Commitment to Complete Payments

By choosing a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments.
This agreement remains in place unless a discretionary refund or cancellation arrangement has been approved in writing.

Failed or Missed Payments

If a payment fails, Stripe or PayPal will automatically retry.
If payment cannot be recovered, access to the program may be paused until your account is up to date.

Deposits

Deposits β€” such as those for the Anchored & Rising Circle Founding Member Round β€” secure your place in the program.

Deposit Refunds

Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
A deposit does not grant full access to program content until the remaining balance is paid.

Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy restricts your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
If a service is not delivered with reasonable care or fails to meet required consumer guarantees, you may be entitled to a remedy.
