These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) explain the rules, expectations, and agreements that apply when you use our websites, download our resources, or enrol in any of our coaching programs, including the Anchored & Rising Circle.

These Terms exist to protect you, protect us, and ensure that all participants experience a safe and supportive environment.

By accessing our websites or purchasing any product or program, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who We Are

Lightkeeper Ventures (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides:

Online coaching programs
Digital courses
Email-based resources
Membership communities
Group coaching sessions
Personal development content
Educational materials

Lightkeeper Ventures operates:

References to “the Site” include all of these domains and associated services.

2. Eligibility

To enrol in programs or purchase services, you must:

Be 18 years or older
Have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement
Provide accurate personal and payment information

3. Nature of Services

Lightkeeper Ventures provides coaching and educational content.
Coaching is not therapy, not addiction treatment, and not crisis support.

By participating in our programs, you acknowledge that:

We do not diagnose, treat, or provide medical, psychological, or legal advice
You are responsible for your own wellbeing, decisions, and results
You should seek professional support if required for your personal circumstances

4. Your Responsibilities as a Participant

By engaging with our services, you agree to:

Participate respectfully and maintain confidentiality in groups
Not share or distribute program materials
Not cause disruption in live calls or community spaces
Not use our platforms for self-promotion or solicitation
Respect the privacy and boundaries of other participants
Seek emergency support when appropriate (programs are not crisis services)

We reserve the right to remove participants who breach these expectations.

5. Intellectual Property

All content provided through our programs and websites — including:

PDFs
Workbooks
Audio content
Videos
Community materials
Program content
Website copy
Branding and graphics

— is the exclusive property of Lightkeeper Ventures.

You may not:

Reproduce
Share
Upload
Resell
Distribute
Copy
Create derivative works

…without written permission.

6. Payments, Pricing & Billing

All prices are listed in AUD unless stated otherwise.

By purchasing a product or program, you agree to:

Provide accurate billing information
Authorise payment for the selected product or plan
Complete all payments in any chosen payment plan

Payment Plans

Payment plans are binding.
If a scheduled payment fails, the system (Stripe or PayPal) will automatically retry. If payment cannot be recovered after multiple attempts, access to the program may be paused until payments are up to date.

Deposit Payments

A deposit secures your place but does not grant full program access. Remaining balances must be paid according to the agreed schedule.

7. Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is available at:

By enrolling in a program, you acknowledge that:

All sales are final
Refunds may be considered case-by-case within the first 30 days
No refunds are provided once live coaching or core materials have been accessed

8. Access to Programs

For group programs such as the Anchored & Rising Circle:

Access begins on the program start date
You are responsible for attending sessions live or via replay
We may record sessions for educational purposes and participant replays

Access to membership communities or bonus material may be removed if:

Payment plans fail
Terms are violated
Behaviour breaches community safety or guidelines

9. Live Sessions Recording & Consent

By participating in live group coaching sessions, you agree that:

Sessions may be recorded
Your voice or comments may appear in the recording
Recordings may be shared only within the program community
You will not share session recordings outside the program

If you prefer not to appear visually, you may keep your camera off.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

We provide all content and services “as is.”
We do not guarantee:

Specific outcomes
Emotional results
Relationship results
Personal transformations
Financial or lifestyle outcomes

Your results depend on your personal circumstances, participation, and actions.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lightkeeper Ventures is not responsible for:

Any decisions you make based on program content
Emotional responses or personal consequences of program participation
Loss of income or opportunities
Technical disruptions that limit access to programs
Interactions with other participants
External services linked within our content

You participate voluntarily and take full responsibility for your well-being.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with Victorian law.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically.
The updated date at the top of this page reflects the latest version.

Continued use of our websites or services after updates signifies acceptance of the revised Terms.
